“Geobor” Ltd. performs accounting of the companies according to the National Financial reporting Standards and Accountancy Act such as:
А. Financial operational accounting 1. Keeps operational accounting and monthly settles the client`s accounts 2. Accountancy of primary accounting documents and establishment of secondary accounting documents 3. Monthly preparation and filling of the sales registers and VAT returns with digital signature required according to the Law on Value Added Tax 4. In case of need monthly preparation and filling of Vies declarations and Intrastat declarations with digital signature 5. Continuous posting and preparation of all necessary payment documents for the budget 6. In the presence of electronic banking on the client`s behalf, preparation in electronic form of the necessary payment documents 7. Preparation of tax depreciation schedule and accounting depreciation schedule 8. Preparation of an individual chart and accountancy policy 9. Preparation of the necessary documents for inventory of the company`s assets and liabilities for the purpose of their reliable presentation in the annual income report 10. Prepare annual activity report of the companies 11. Preparation and presentation of the annual statistical forms for the Institute of Bulgarian National Statistics 12. Preparation of annual tax declarations according to the Corporate Income Tax Law and Personal Income Tax Law 13. Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to Bulgarian National Bank for the received and/or granted credits Monthly up to the 20th day of the following month our clients receive information for the previous month through trial balance, profit-and-loss account, balance sheet, cash flow statement, condition of the goods and production, status of the cashier and the outsourcing used in the company. This affords the company owners an opportunity to initiate measures in real time in case of possible unfavourable development of the company`s financial position and legal optimization of the tax encumbrances.
B. Labour and remuneration and personnel 1. Preparation and registration in the National Revenue Agency through digital signature, employment contracts, subsidiary agreements, orders for termination of employment contracts 2. Preparation of obligation contacts, account outpayments and official confirmations 3. preparation of payrolls, official confirmations, calculation of patient`s charts, leaves 4. Filling in employment record cards, preparation of insurance income certificate and insurance (employment duration) certificate for retirement 5. Preparation of payment documents for budget payments 6. In the presence of electronic banking on the client`s behalf, preparation in electronic form of the necessary payment documents 7. Supply of information through digital signature in the personal register of the National Social Security Institute 8. Filling in of social security books and verification of period of insurance coverage 9. Preparation of the company employees` dossiers
